Here at IGR, we don’t usually review games that are still in Alpha. But, we were asked to give our take on an epic RPG called DriftMoon, with an assurance and confidence that we would find it to our liking. I feel that this confidence is not misplaced.
Eden Industries’ Waveform occupies a strange niche between platformer and rhythm game, something like Sonic the Hedgehog meets Dance Dance Revolution. It’s conceptually quite simple; so simple, it’s a little surprising that there haven’t been more games like it. While it can be frustrating at times, its “one more turn” addictiveness makes it a hard game to dislike.
Zytron II brings together retro SHMUP sensibilities and modern day revisions. Up to four friends can blast through this glowing world of airborne destruction. Read the full review…

Shepherd Slaughter is an adventure game and roguelike, using a top down perspective with relatively simple graphics. The game has an impressive features list highlighting the variety of monsters and environments on offer in its randomly generated world.
